Juno Blue, LLC is a privately held California holding company founded in 2005. We acquire and operate businesses with durable customer relationships, treating them as long-term homes rather than portfolio rotations.

Today the portfolio is small and intentional. CableRack is our operating company, supplying cable assemblies and data-center hardware to telecom, broadcast, government, and enterprise customers. Tullup is a newer addition, building bespoke AI systems for Fortune 500 finance teams.

We are not private equity. We do not buy to flip. Our companies keep their names, their teams, and their voice. Juno Blue is the quiet structure behind them, handling the things that benefit from being centralized: legal, insurance, banking, accounting, and the occasional credit-card statement that confuses someone into searching for us.
